Bivas Fall Shabbaton 2024

Journey to Seattle, WA for a breathtaking trip touring the majestic Pacific Northwest !

Highlights of the trip include:

  • Sephardic Baking with the Sephardic community of Seattle, WA
  • Visiting the very first Starbucks and meeting with fellow Sephardic Seattleite Howard Behar, former president of Starbucks
  • Shopping at the fabulous Pike Place Market in Downtown Seattle and the birthplace of Starbucks coffee!
  • Take a trip up to the top of the Space Needle with views of Mt. Saint Helens, Mt. Rainier, Mt. Hood and Mt. Baker!
  • Hike along Mount Rainier, the highest volcanic peak in the contiguous USA

The theme for the weekend is הודאה (Gratitude) – November 11 is Veteran’s Day and we hope to have our teens meet and thank our local Jewish Veterans!


Cost: $195 if paid before September 15, 2024. The price after 9/15/2024 will be $250.

Flight Info:
Please book a flight and plan to arrive Thursday (Nov. 7) in the afternoon or evening into airport SEA. When returning home, please plan on leaving SEA Monday morning (Nov. 11) or Sunday night (Nov. 10).
